Marcus : Shanghai

Marcus Treamer is CEO and co-founder of Socitti which began after a very successful career in international marketing and strategy. Originally from Oxford, England, he has lived all across Europe, which includes almost a decade spent in Spain working with a leading property development and sales company where he was the youngest person ever to be promoted to the Board of Directors.

Marcus has a deep passion for new media and social networking and he is also an accomplished graphic designer and creative writer. His formative working years were spent in managerial roles in the hospitality industry, which now serves him with well with Socitti’s dealings with the F&B industry and event management.

Marcus was responsible for the run-away success of M1NT club in Shanghai. His advanced marketing techniques made the club the most popular nightspot in the city within the first 6 months of opening and have won several awards including Best New Club & Club of the Year 2009.

Marcus has now broadened the scope of his F&B interests and works to promote some the of the biggest names in Asia.
