Startup2Startup

Startup2Startup is a group of Silicon Valley geeks, entrepreneurs, & investors dedicated to educating and helping the next generation of internet startups. We meet monthly over dinner to discuss relevant topics in technology & entrepreneurship, connect with new people & companies, and share our knowledge & experience.

The co-founders of Startup2Startup are Dave McClure & Leonard Speiser; organizers also include Brian Phillips & Hiten Shah, altho there are plenty of other supporters under our big tent. Special thanks to Katherine Barr, Saar Gur, David Hornik, Mike Speiser, and Microsoft for helping sponsor initial efforts in 2008 to get us rolling. Startup2Startup draws inspiration from (and plagiarizes liberally) Round Zero, Silicon Forum, and numerous other previous & future Silicon Valley geek and entrepreneurial events.

The primary goals of Startup2Startup are:

* Learn about startups & technology
* Figure out the business models & marketing
* Meet promising new geeks & entrepreneurs
* Help the next generation of startups do better
* Eat, drink, & have fun :)

At the very least, we plan to get the last one right.
